RETURN POLICY-wholesale 

Thank you for visiting vfishdesigns.com. At vfish we pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our clothes. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 5 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, at their expense.

Please login to your account and view your prior order. If you are within the 5 day return period you will see a "Request Return Authorization"(RA) link. Please submit your specific request. This request will then be reviewed by our customer service department. If an RA is issued, this number will expire within 10 days after being issued.

We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since vfish is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please ensure that RA# is written on the bottom of the package and that a copy of your original receipt is placed in the box.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. vfish reserves the right to send out an exchange unit, issue a refund, or provide store credit.
